We are seeking a dynamic, goal-oriented Account Manager to manage client relationships and drive business growth. You will be responsible for understanding clients’ operational challenges (particularly in the industrial and infrastructure sectors) and positioning our technology solutions as the answer to their needs.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities in target sectors (Manufacturing, Energy, Plantation, or Infrastructure).
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers (from C-level executives to operational managers).
- Consultative Selling: Taking a consultative approach to understand clients’ pain points and develop relevant technology solution proposals (IoT/OT).
- Collaboration: Collaborating with technical teams and Project Managers to ensure that the proposed solutions are implemented correctly and meet client expectations.
- Market Intelligence: Monitoring industrial technology trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights to the company.
- Account Planning: Managing the sales cycle from start to close, including contract negotiations and sales administration.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum bachelor’s degree (Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field).
- At least 1 year of experience as an Account Manager or in Sales within the IT, Systems Integration, or Automation industries.
- Basic understanding of IoT, Industrial Automation, or Big Data concepts (a significant plus).
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills in Indonesian and English.
- Experience working with sales targets and a proven track record of measurable achievements.
- A broad network in the industrial or government sectors is a plus.
