About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Account Manager to join our team in Prahran.
This role is responsible for managing a portfolio of established client accounts and ensuring the seamless delivery of waste management and recycling services. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, coordinating waste collections, transportation, disposal, recycling, and resource recovery activities through Enovate’s facilities and trusted service partners.
Success in this role comes from building strong client relationships, proactively solving problems, coordinating service delivery, and identifying opportunities to improve outcomes for customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain relationships with an established portfolio of commercial and industrial clients.
- Coordinate waste collections, transport, recycling, disposal, and resource recovery services.
- Liaise with clients to understand operational requirements and ensure service expectations are consistently met.
- Work closely with internal operations teams, transport providers, processing facilities, and third-party contractors.
- Schedule and coordinate waste movements across multiple sites and service providers.
- Resolve service issues quickly and professionally.
- Monitor account performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, sustainability outcomes, and cost-effectiveness.
- Prepare service reports, quotations, and customer updates.
- Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Support contract renewals and assist with the onboarding of new services where appropriate.
About You
You are a proactive relationship manager who enjoys coordinating multiple moving parts while delivering outstanding customer service.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in Account Management, Client Services, Customer Success, Logistics Coordination, Operations Coordination, or a similar role.
- Strong organisational and scheduling skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- High attention to detail and commitment to service excellence.
- Proficiency with CRM and operational management systems.
- Experience in waste management, recycling, logistics, transport, environmental services, or industrial services will be highly regarded.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
