The Account Manager Opportunity

The Account Manager role is a pivotal role within our organisation, responsible for managing a number of Martian Logic’s key enterprise accounts. This exciting role will enable you to fully utilise your technology skill-sets and exceptional stakeholder management skills.

Your key responsibilities will be a hybrid of increasing & retaining revenue within your customer accounts, whilst also developing some new business accounts. This is a ‘high touch’ role, most of your energies will be focused on liaising with key SLT's/ELT's, typically HR Directors, CPO’s, CIO’s etc.

The Ideal Candidate

  • 5+ years experience gained in an account manager, business development manager, and/or a client success manager type role
  • You are very comfortable communicating/presenting to c-suite executives, you have an innate ability to develop and maintain mutually beneficial relationships
  • You are commercially savvy, and you’re often recognised for your superior commercial/business acumen
  • Ability to plan and forecast, creating a clear business strategy aimed at expanding & retaining your designated customer accounts
  • Key characteristics and personality traits should include self-motivation, energetic, drive, hunger to learn/further develop your skill-sets, creative, solutions driven mindset, tenacious, and resilient
  • Experience within a technology role (especially within SaaS) would be advantageous/not essential though. Preference would be someone who has been involved with solutions/services, as opposed to a tangible product

Preferred/not Essential

  • Experience/background within aged care, healthcare, government, NDIS, schools/education
  • Please note there will be interstate travel required at times (2-3 days every quarter).
