About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven Accounting Manager to lead and strengthen our core accounting operations in a fast-growing fintech environment. This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial reporting while supporting long-term financial planning and developing a high-performing accounting team. You will work closely with senior finance leadership and cross-functional teams to support business growth through strong financial discipline, controls, and insights.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily accounting operations, including billing, collections, payroll, and disbursements
- Ensure accurate and timely financial statements (monthly, quarterly, and annual)
- Implement and monitor internal controls to minimize errors and prevent fraud
- Prepare and analyze financial projections, including OPEX, revenue, and NPV monitoring
- Partner with internal teams to align financial forecasts with operational plans
- Deliver regular sales and collections performance reports, with actionable insights
- Lead, mentor, and develop junior accounting staff, driving efficiency and skill growth
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies
- Support audit and information security compliance initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of accounting or financial management experience, including budgeting and team leadership
- Strong background in financial reporting, analysis, and internal controls
- Proven experience managing accounting operations in a high-growth or fintech environment
- Proficiency in accounting systems and financial reporting tools
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
- High attention to detail, integrity, and adaptability
