Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

Working Day: Monday to Friday and Saturday (Alternative)

Off Days: Saturday (Alternative), Sunday & Public Holiday

Location – 5th Floor, Sayar San Plaza, Sayar San Rd & New University Avenue Rd, Bahan Township

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage office supplies stock and place orders
  • To purchase the materials, be concerned with the admin department's supply to the organization
  • Arrange travel and accommodations
  • Responsible for keeping inventory of all office supplies and placing orders for replenishment is needed
  • Assisting with all aspects of administrative management, such as government office, assets, office supplies, transportation, security, maintenance, & clean surrounding area
  • Maintain office cleaning and an enjoyable environment
  • Arrange events and activities
  • Maintaining the documentation of the administrative process
  • Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
  • Other HOC duties as per Management instructions

Job Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree (or) Diploma in a relevant field
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience
  • Possess a good understanding and knowledge of document control and management
  • Pleasant personalities, mature, with good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work fast under pressure
  • Professional, mature, with an attention to detail, is preferred
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint applications, and Email
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
