About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee our talent acquisition and employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with Dubai Careers' mission and organizational goals. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, capable of fostering a positive workplace culture and driving continuous improvement in HR processes. The HR Manager will collaborate closely with leadership teams to ensure the organization attracts, retains, and develops top talent, supporting Dubai’s broader vision of a smart, sustainable, and inclusive city.
Qualifications
The successful candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred. A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably within the government or technology sectors, is required. Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices is essential. Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and organizational development is highly desirable. Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, along with proficiency in HR software and digital tools, are critical for success in this role. Fluency in English is mandatory, and additional languages are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies that support organizational growth and employee engagement.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring the attraction of diverse and qualified candidates.
- Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws and international standards.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and employee well-being initiatives.
- Drive talent development programs, including training, mentorship, and career progression pathways.
- Monitor HR metrics and generate reports to inform strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with departmental leaders to understand staffing needs and organizational changes.

- Ensure confidentiality and integrity of all HR-related data and processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance HR functions.
