Title: Administrative and Finance Officer

  • Provides administrative and financial support for the programs, projects, and activities of the Quezon City Screen Commission;
  • Assists in the preparation, monitoring, and documentation of project budgets, disbursements, and financial reports;
  • Processes administrative and financial requirements such as procurement documents, purchase requests, and liquidation reports;
  • Maintains organized records of financial transactions, contracts, and administrative documents related to QCSC projects and programs;
  • Coordinates with relevant city government offices, suppliers, and partners regarding administrative and financial requirements;
  • Assists in scheduling meetings, preparing correspondence, and organizing files and documentation;
  • Supports logistical and administrative needs for film-related events, programs, and activities;
  • Performs other tasks as may be assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accountancy, Financial Management, Public Administration, or related fields;
  • At least 1 year experience in administrative, finance, or office management work;
  • Experience in government processes, budgeting, or financial documentation is an advantage;
  • Experience supporting cultural programs, events, or creative industry projects is an advantage.
