Advisor, Program Delivery

Graduation from a recognized college or university with a specialization in Public Administration, Law, Social Sciences, Commerce, Humanities or another specialty relevant to the duties of the position;

A minimum of four (4) years of experience in supporting project or program implementation;

A minimum of three (3) years of experience liaising with various stakeholders, analyzing information, writing reports, briefings notes and plans, and making recommendations to senior management;

Experience working in databases and identifying system process improvements;

Strong knowledge of and experience in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).

Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written); ability to tailor communications to suit a wide variety of audiences;

Ability to persuade, engage and influence others;

Strong research and analytical skills; ability to provide recommendations;

Ability to work independently and in a team environment;

Strong organizational and time management skills;

Ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects simultaneously;

Experience participating in multi-disciplinary project teams;

Knowledge of CATSA’s mandate and priorities, as well as an awareness of relevant legislation affecting CATSA;

Knowledge of aviation security screening processes. ;

Knowledge of the aviation industry and aviation security issues;

Experience working with databases or Project Server.

Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance; and

Be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident.
