The Opportunity

Africa's telecom and enterprise markets are at a digital inflection point. Operators are sitting on valuable infrastructure — SMS gateways, location APIs, mobile payment rails — that developers and enterprises cannot properly access. Governments are digitising rapidly. Banks and fintechs urgently need secure, telco-grade communication and AI platforms.

hSenid has a proven platform. We need market pioneers with the relationships to open the right doors.

Deal sizes range from $500,000 to several million dollars. This is a senior, high-reward role for someone who knows exactly who to call — and is confident their network delivers.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Identify and engage C-level decision-makers:
  • Telco operators: CEOs, CCOs, CTOs, Chief Digital Officers
  • Banks & Fintechs: CTOs, Heads of Digital, COOs, Chief Innovation Officers
  • Government: Ministers of ICT, Digital Economy Leads, Government Procurement Heads
  • Represent hSenid CPaaS and Sovereign AI with full company support:
  •   Custom pitch decks and case studies provided
  •   GM (Singapore) available for senior-level meetings
  • Technical team for product demonstrations
  • Facilitate introductions, discovery meetings, and proposal presentations
  • Work with hSenid's commercial team to structure, negotiate, and close deals
  • Provide regular market intelligence on competitor activity, operator strategies, and procurement cycles

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 
  • 20+ years in enterprise B2B, telecoms, BFSI, or government technology in Africa
  • Proven track record closing deals above $100,000
  • Prior experience selling to or working inside MTN, Airtel, Safaricom, Ethio Telecom, or equivalent African operators OR Tier 1 banks, fintechs, or government technology bodies
  • Relationship
  • Active C-level network at telcos, banks, or government in at least one target market
  • Trusted by decision-makers — not just connected on LinkedIn
  • Character: 
  • Self-directed, entrepreneurial, commercially driven
  • Confident with commission-only structures
  • Builder mentality — you open doors others cannot
  • Location: Nigeria · Kenya · Ethiopia · Ghana · Rwanda · Tanzania · South Africa
  • Language: English required | French strongly preferred

What’s in for you?

COMMISSION & EARNINGS

  • Telco / Operator Deals:
  • 8–12% of Year 1 contract value on signing
  • 3–5% recurring from Year 2
  • $1M deal = $80,000–$120,000 on signing + $30,000–$50,000/year

  • Enterprise / BFSI / Government:
  • 10–15% of Year 1 contract value on signing
  • 3–5% recurring from Year 2
  • $500K deal = $50,000–$75,000 on signing + $15,000–$25,000/year

Uncapped. Pioneers with 2–3 active accounts can earn $200,000–$500,000+ per year.
