SUMMARY OF WORK

We are working with our customer to find an AI Technical Business Analyst responsible for driving customer onboarding, requirements analysis, workflow automation, and AI-assisted business transformation initiatives for public sector clients.

Partnered with government agencies and cross-functional teams to analyze complex operational processes, configure SaaS solutions, optimize workflows, and leverage Artificial Intelligence tools to improve implementation efficiency, documentation quality, customer experience, and operational outcomes.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Lead customer onboarding and implementation initiatives for new government agency accounts.
  • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for workflow optimization, automation, and AI-driven improvements.
  • Gather, document, and validate business, functional, and technical requirements using modern AI-assisted analysis techniques.
  • Utilize AI tools to accelerate requirements documentation, process mapping, gap analysis, user story generation, test case development, and solution design.
  • Evaluate customer workflows and recommend automation strategies using AI, low-code, and workflow technologies.
  • Support product innovation by gathering customer feedback, identifying emerging industry trends, and recommending AI-enabled product enhancements.
  • Create and maintain Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), user stories, acceptance criteria, test plans, and implementation documentation.
  • Utilize reporting and analytics tools to generate insights, dashboards, and operational reports for customers.
  • Participate in sales demonstrations, solution workshops, and customer discovery sessions to showcase AI-enabled platform capabilities.

AI & DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify use cases where Artificial Intelligence can improve customer workflows, citizen engagement, document processing, permitting operations, inspections, and regulatory compliance processes.
  • Utilize Generative AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Gemini, and similar technologies to improve productivity and deliver higher-quality outcomes.
  • Evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, compliance, security, and business suitability before implementation.
  • Assist customers in adopting AI-powered business processes and automation strategies.
  • Stay current on emerging AI technologies, automation tools, and public sector digital transformation trends.
  • Contribute to the development of AI governance, best practices, and responsible AI adoption within customer environments.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Software Implementation, Digital Transformation, or Customer Success roles.
  • Experience implementing SaaS platforms and enterprise software solutions.
  • Experience working with AI-powered productivity tools, workflow automation platforms, or business process optimization initiatives.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Public Administration, Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • Strong understanding of Business Analysis methodologies and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Perplexity, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to create effective prompts and workflows that improve analysis, documentation, testing, and customer support activities.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, SQL, reporting tools, and business intelligence platforms.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and customer-facing skills.
