ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
AI Use-Case Ownership & Decision Intelligence
- Define and maintain the AI use-case portfolio aligned with strategic KPIs
- Ensure each AI use case supports a clearly defined business decision
- Define success criteria and measurable decision impact for AI use cases
- Differentiate between descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive AI use cases
- Prevent AI initiatives that lack decision or KPI value
Translation to AI Factory Capabilities
- Translate AI use cases into decision-oriented AI capability requirements
- Define required performance, exploitability, and trust thresholds
- Act as the primary governance interface with the AI Factory
- Ensure AI outputs are fit for decision use, not just technical accuracy
AI Lifecycle Governance & Accreditation
- Govern AI lifecycle from concept qualification to retirement
- Define and enforce AI accreditation criteria for production use
- Approve, suspend, or retire AI capabilities based on decision performance
AI Performance, Drift & Responsible AI
- Monitor AI model performance and drift
- Ensure Responsible and Explainable AI principles are applied
- Ensure decision-makers understand AI limitations and risks.
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES :
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or equivalent
- Master’s degree strongly preferred
- Certifications in AI Governance or Responsible AI are advantageous
EXPERIENCE :
- 10+ years in AI, analytics, data science, or decision intelligence environments
- 5+ years in AI governance, analytics governance, or AI assurance roles
- Experience governing AI use cases linked to executive or strategic decisions
