Company: 大华会计师事务所(特殊普通合伙)
Location: Beijing, Beijing, China
该职位来源于猎聘 About the Project & Our Company We are one of the world’s biggest accounting companies, with 25,000 staff in China. We are undertaking a high-impact project to build a separate, dedicated instance of our global, cloud-based accounting system in China. This system must utilize exclusively Chinese AI technologies and Large Language Models (LLMs) to meet stringent local regulatory requirements. This role is arguably the most critical hire for the China instance, serving as the "guardian" responsible for ensuring the firm avoids severe penalties, which can include fines of up to 10 million RMB for "particularly serious" violations. Role Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented AI Security and Compliance Specialist to manage the operational and legal risks associated with deploying Chinese LLMs in a sensitive financial environment. This role ensures that all AI system components—from design through deployment—adhere strictly to China's rapidly evolving data and security laws. We are looking for individuals who possess a strong blend of technical skill, legal knowledge, and aptitude for relationship management with Chinese regulators. Candidates with a strong academic background and technical aptitude, including those with low relevant experience (0-3 years), are strongly encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities
- Regulatory "Air Traffic Control": Lead and manage mandatory procedures under the Cyberspace Administration of China (CAC) framework. This includes conducting Security Assessments for Generative AI Services and ensuring formal Algorithm Filing for all deployed Chinese LLMs (e.g., Baidu Wenxin Yiyan or Alibaba Tongyi Qianwen).
- Data Sovereignty and Governance: Act as the primary auditor to ensure Zero Cross-Border Leakage of financial and personal data, verifying that data entered in the China instance never leaves Mainland China.
- Local Compliance (CSL, PIPL, DSL): Ensure all AI implementations comply with China’s Cybersecurity Law (CSL), Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL), and the Data Security Law (DSL). Manage PIPL requirements, including obtaining "separate consent" if employee personal data interacts with the AI.
- AI Ethics and Auditability: Prevent and mitigate AI-related legal liabilities, such as "hallucination" (the AI generating incorrect data in accounting). Test for Bias & Fairness to ensure LLMs do not provide discriminatory outputs.
- Traceability and Reporting: Ensure an "audit trail" exists for every AI decision used in processes like tax filing. Run "AI Red-Teaming" exercises to test for vulnerabilities like prompt injection.
- Incident Response: Manage compliance with 2026 laws requiring the reporting of "major security incidents" (such as a data leak) to authorities within two hours.
- Cross-functional Communication: Work with global architects and the local AI Engineering team, ensuring clear documentation in both English and Chinese. Proactive English communication skills are required for collaboration within the global team of 200+ people. Qualifications & Experience Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Law, Information Security, or a related STEM field from a leading university.
- Strong academic background, with 0-3 years of relevant work experience.
- Foundational knowledge of machine learning and natural language processing (NLP).
- Understanding of core security concepts related to LLMs (e.g., prompt injection, technical vulnerabilities).
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Familiarity with the Chinese regulatory landscape regarding AI, data, and cybersecurity. Highly Desirable (Bonus):
- Deep familiarity with China's CSL, PIPL, and DSL.
- Experience or coursework focused on AI ethics, responsible AI frameworks, or auditing models for bias.
- Experience dealing with Chinese regulators (the "Government Relations" or GR aspect).
- Previous internship or project experience in Big Four accounting firms or FinTech security.
