JOB SUMMARY
Support the identification, evaluation, and execution of investment opportunities across established and emerging real estate sectors in global markets, providing exposure across the full risk–return spectrum, from stabilised assets to more value-add and opportunistic strategies within a disciplined institutional framework.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the evaluation of investment opportunities across the risk spectrum, including stabilised, transitional, and opportunistic strategies.
- Assist in analysing opportunities across traditional and emerging sectors, including office, logistics, retail, data centres, and living,
- Build and maintain financial models and perform sensitivity, downside, and scenario assessments.
- Support transaction execution, including due diligence coordination, data room reviews, and interaction with advisors and counterparties.
- Conduct market, sector, and asset-level research to support investment thesis and portfolio construction.
- Assist in assessing how different strategies and sectors fit within an institutional risk and return framework.
- Assist in evaluating platforms, joint ventures, and partnership structures used to access both established and niche opportunities.
- Support engagement with external managers, operators, and advisors.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Pass in Bahasa Melayu, including the oral test in Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) level or possess an equivalent qualification recognised by the Government
- Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Business, Engineering or an equivalent qualification recognised by the Government from any local or overseas higher learning institution
- Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience in real estate investment, infrastructure, project finance, investment banking, or a related institutional investment role
- Demonstrated experience in financial modelling, investment analysis, and transaction support
- Good analytical and financial modelling capabilities
- Curious and adaptable, with an interest in both traditional assets and new economy sectors
- Ability to assess risks, structure transactions, and apply institutional governance standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders
- Skilled in writing and presentations
- Team-oriented, proactive, and keen to take ownership of workstreams
