Help
As an Antiboycott Compliance Specialist, you will perform the following duties:
- Leads antiboycott investigations by independently identifying and developing investigative leads; analyzes legal and business relationships to determine compliance with U.S. antiboycott regulations and assess potential violations.
- Plans and execute advanced investigative activities involving persons and transactions of significant complexity; evaluate evidence for legal and factual sufficiency and determine appropriate enforcement actions.
- Prepares comprehensive case reports and enforcement recommendations, ensuring analytical, legal accuracy, and alignment with regulatory standards to support administrative or civil enforcement actions.
- Serves as a subject matter expert on antiboycott regulations, providing authoritative guidance to internal staff and external stakeholders; interprets regulatory requirements, advises on compliance strategies, and supports resolution of policy and case-related issues.
- Develops enforcement strategies and penalty recommendations, including analysis of respondent financial conditions; supports Administrative Case Review Board (ACRB) actions and participates in settlement negotiations within established parameters.

Qualifications

Applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent in difficulty and responsibility to the next lower grade level in the Federal Service. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped the applicant with the particular competencies/knowledge, skills and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position. This experience need not have been in the federal government.
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, Ameri Corps) and other organizations e.g., professional; philanthropic, religious; spiritual; community, student, social). To qualify at the GS-13 level:
