Summary
As a support function to the Head of APAC Innovation Station, this role organizes the cadence, schedules, and reporting for Innovation Station activities, and facilitates cross-functional, cross regional, and external partners and client's engagement. It contributes to internal/external communications and awareness, while assisting the Head of Station in Innovation pipeline development, Regional business support and strategic partnerships expansion.

About the Job
1. Innovation Program Management

  • Lead monitoring of innovation programs, ensuring alignment with process, timelines, budgets, commitment, and KPI.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate roadblocks to ensure smooth program progress.
  • Track and report on project advancement, providing regular updates to senior management and stakeholders using standardized communication formats, dashboards, and KPI reporting.
  • Manage the innovation pipeline, ensuring consistent flow and evaluation of high-potential projects across the region

2. Innovation Communication & Awareness

  • Develop communication strategies and content for clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Strengthen internal awareness of Innovation activities in APAC (mission, processes, projects, team) through engaging communication initiatives.
  • Create and manage an APAC Innovation Newsletter to highlight key achievements, open calls, success stories, ecosystem trends, and upcoming activities.
  • Keep the Intranet Innovation page regularly updated with latest content, toolkits, case studies and opportunities.
  • Maintain and enhance physical and virtual Innovation Showroom spaces (content curation, new demo integration, regular refresh cycles).
  • Coordinate communications for the APAC Innovation Community, internally and externally, through virtual and physical events (Lunch & Learn, evening gatherings, innovation workshops, hackathons, inspirational talks, calls for innovation, etc.).
  • Develop communication assets (presentations, visuals, videos, narratives) to support stakeholder engagement and strategic ambassadors.
  • Plan internal innovation events and support communication teams in external events preparation on Innovation scope
  • Plan, prepare and follow-up actions on governance meeting in APAC and with Global team
  • Support planning and organization, follow-up actions of the Station team meetings

3. Open Innovation, Partnerships & Ecosystem Development

  • Perform market and ecosystem analysis to identify:
  • Government grants and funding opportunities
  • Calls for innovation or challenge programs
  • Relevant start-ups for scouting
  • Universities or research centers for collaboration
  • Strategic partnerships with incubators or accelerators
  • Support opportunity assessment and alignment with APAC strategic priorities.
  • Coordinate exploration, meetings, and follow-up with potential external partners.
  • Assist in client presentations, solution demonstrations, and technical proposals.
  • Support funding research, application processes, and pitch documentation.

5. Process Improvement & Best Practices

  • Develop and implement best practices for innovation program management across APAC.
  • Propose improvement of Innovation processes and support APAC leaders to follow it and feedback any improvements
  • Identify and perform automation of processes to increase operational efficiency, collaboration, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

  • Experience in innovation management, project management, and/or open innovation.
  • Experience in communication content creation and event management
  • Experience in partnership management with Innovation stakeholders (government, accelerators, start-ups, universities…)
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to engage diverse audiences (technical, business, leadership).
  • Knowledge of innovation ecosystems in APAC is a plus.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
  • Proficiency or curiousity in AI tools and digital productivity technologies.
