An Asia-based hedge fund manager founded in 2016, with approximately USD 2bn in AUM, specializing in long/short equity investments across global markets. With deep expertise in technology, consumer, and disruptive sectors, the firm adopts a disciplined, bottom-up research approach and has built a strong track record of consistent performance, while continuing to expand its investor footprint across Greater China and internationally.
The Role
TMT Analyst*2:
- Conduct fundamental research on TMT companies across Global, not only Greater China markets
- Generate investment ideas within a long/short equity framework
- Prepare investment reports, models, and presentations
- Support investor relations and fundraising activities targeting Greater China investors
- Participate in due diligence, company meetings, and industry research
- Prefer PRC Chinese. Can be based in Shenzhen or HK
IR:
- Drive capital raising initiatives targeting Greater China investors
- Develop relationships with UHNW, family offices, and institutional clients
- Execute fundraising strategies and investor engagement plans
- Support investor meetings, roadshows, and pitching activities
- Collaborate with senior management on investor messaging
- Prefer PRC Chinese. Can be based in Shenzhen or HK
Your Profile
TMT Analyst:
- 3-5 years of experience in hedge fund, asset management, or sell-side research
- Strong expertise in TMT sector investing
- Experience in investment banking or brokerage is a plus
- Network with Chinese investors/UHNW/family offices preferred
- a top-tier academic background is a strict requirement (Top 7 universities in China or top global universities)
- Fluency in Mandarin and English
IR: Must have network with Chinese investors/UHNW/family offices, no need for HK PB banker – have fully covered; Targeting onshore Private wealth/ Channel Sales
