Responsibilities
- Able to develop and review manpower policies, as well as technology and media talent strategies, to keep pace with evolving industry trends.
- Lead research, analysis, and forecasting of tech and media developments to identify emerging jobs and in-demand skills, translating insights into policy recommendations.
- Generate strategic, data-driven insights to support evidence-based policymaking.
- Prepare high-quality papers and presentations to articulate company's position on manpower policy matters to senior management
- Collaborate across government agencies to drive alignment with national priorities.
- Able to lead, mentor, and develop a team of policy officers to support company's tech manpower agenda.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in policy or manpower-related roles within the Singapore Government.
- Well verse in analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and distil key insights.
- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to build, manage, and develop high-performing teams.
