Job Description / Responsibility
- Achieve assigned corporate sales, revenue, and business development targets by identifying and securing new business opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate customers, developers, consultants, architects, contractors, government organizations, and institutional clients to generate sustainable business
- Identify new projects, prepare quotations and business proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and convert opportunities into confirmed orders
- Coordinate with Commercial, Production, Supply Chain, Finance, and Customer Service teams to ensure timely order execution, project delivery, and customer satisfaction
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer requirements, and upcoming projects, and provide regular market intelligence and business updates to the reporting manager
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, maintain accurate customer and project records, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and sales procedures
Educational Requirements
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- Masters degree in any discipline
- MBA / Master’s in any discipline from a reputed university.
- Skills Required: Presentation skill, Teamwork, Convincing Capability, Communication and interpersonal skill, Sales Target Achievement, Negotiation Persuasion Skills
Experience Requirements
- 3 to 5 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Group of Companies,Tiles/Ceramic,Paint,Cement,Steel,Building & Construction Materials
Additional Requirements
- Strong knowledge of corporate sales, key account management, business development, project sales, and revenue generation
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills with corporate clients and project stakeholders
- Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify business opportunities and achieve sales targets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to prepare sales reports, business proposals, and performance analyses
- Willingness to travel extensively across Bangladesh, with the ability to work under pressure and achieve challenging business objectives
