Overview: JPMorganChase is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented communications Analyst or Associate to support Internal and Corporate Communications for the India Corporate Centers. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys writing, managing multiple moving parts, and improving how communications land with employees.

In this role, you will help bring our communications strategy to life through creative content, effective channel management, and insightful reporting. We are looking for someone with a strong communications background, excellent writing skills and advanced proficiency in managing projects and metrics.
Job Summary: As Analyst/Associate – Internal and Corporate Communications, you will provide support day-to-day delivery across internal channels, programs and employee events. Key outcomes include producing high-quality content, maintaining publishing cadence across platforms, and providing performance reporting (reach and engagement) to improve future communications. You will work with internal stakeholders to keep communications accurate, consistent and aligned to business priorities. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with internal stakeholders and contributes to a vibrant, connected workplace.
Job Responsibilities
- Content development and writing
- Write, edit and proofread clear, engaging content for a variety of internal channels, including newsletters, intranet articles, videos, digital signage and broadcast emails.
- Help to source and develop stories that connect and inspire our diverse employee audience.
- Demonstrate versatility in writing styles and formats, from short updates to longer features and event coverage.
- Channel management and delivery
- Manage and maintain communications and collaboration platforms such as the intranet, newsletters, Microsoft Teams channels and digital signage, ensuring content is timely and relevant.
- Partner with teams across locations to implement communication initiatives and source stories from the ground.
- Explore opportunities to innovate and improve communications processes and channels.
- Metrics, reporting, and process improvement
- Track, analyze and report on content and channel performance using MS Excel, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), SharePoint, Power BI and other internal tools to provide actionable insights.
- Support the development and implementation of content-related processes and guidelines to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
- Apply responsible use of AI tools and available metrics to enhance content quality and audience engagement.
- Team support and project coordination
- Support planning and delivery of internal communications projects and events, including town halls, employee engagement activities, and recognition programs.
- Support the communications team in day-to-day operations, ensuring timely delivery and quality execution across workstreams.
- Work with colleagues and stakeholders to share best practices and align business and functional priorities.
- Collaboration and team spirit
- Roll up sleeves to proactively pitch in across priorities as needed and support the team's shared goals.

Core Competencies
- 4–6 years of relevant work experience, ideally in internal communications, marketing, business management or a related field.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to produce clear, engaging content for diverse audiences.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Power BI for data analysis, reporting and metrics tracking and presentation.
- Experience managing events and communications channels such as newsletters, intranet or digital signage.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and balance multiple projects.
- Self-driven, motivated and committed to excellence and accuracy.
- Strong team player with a collaborative mindset and positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and support multiple stakeholders.
- Creative thinker with a willingness to bring fresh ideas and innovation to communications.
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, English or a related field.
- Experience in a multinational corporate environment, preferably IT, GCC, or BFSI.
- Photography, simple video editing, Canva/graphic design skills will be a plus
- Commitment to supporting a high-impact, high-visibility communications function.
