Role Purpose :
To lead defined analytical workstreams by proactively conducting in-depth assessments, structuring analyses, and developing evidence-based insights and draft recommendations, in order to support the agile and effective delivery of strategic advisory engagements.
Responsibilities :
- Lead defined analytical workstreams within strategic engagements by structuring analyses, conducting in-depth assessments, and delivering evidence-based insights.
- Translate workstream objectives into clear analytical tasks, hypotheses, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with overall engagement objectives.
- Guide analyses related to defence, institutional, and organizational challenges by applying appropriate methodologies and structured problem-solving approaches.
- Develop draft strategic options, recommendations, and implementation considerations for review by the leadership.
- Integrate inputs from functional teams to support validation and refinement of analyses.
- Contribute to rapid-response and ad hoc strategic assignments by delivering focused analyses and synthesized insights within tight timelines.
- Participate in stakeholder working sessions to test assumptions, clarify inputs, and refine recommendations under senior guidance.
Qualification & Experience:
- MBA/ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or equivalent
- 4-6 years of experience in strategic management consulting or related roles.
- Experience working in complex projects and communicating with cross-functional teams.
- Good analytical and strategic management skills to oversee different initiatives related to government operations and infrastructure.
