Position Title: Audit Senior Analyst / Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Audit Senior Analyst / Specialist to support internal and external audit activities, compliance reviews, risk assessments, and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, government sector exposure, and experience working within regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct internal audits, compliance assessments, and risk evaluations
  • Review financial, operational, and regulatory processes for accuracy and compliance
  • Prepare audit reports, findings, and recommendations
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure corrective actions are implemented
  • Support regulatory and government audit requirements
  • Maintain audit documentation and ensure adherence to policies and standards
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and control gaps
  • Assist in preparing management reports and presentations

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • Professional certification preferred (CIA, CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent)
  • Strong understanding of audit methodologies, methodologies, and risk management
  • Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and audit/reporting tools

Mandatory Requirements

  • Local experience is required
  • Government sector exposure is mandatory
  • Professional certification is required
  • Arabic speaking skills are mandatory

Experience Required

  • 5+ years of experience in auditing, compliance, risk management, or related functions
  • Experience in government, public sector, or regulated industries preferred

Preferred Skills

  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple audit assignments independently
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience with audit frameworks and regulatory standards
