Who we are
We are responsible for development, operation, and management of a Shucle platform, a Mobility as a Service (MaaS) solution utilizing smart technology.
We handle all aspects of planning, development, data analysis, service operations, and business development for the community-based demand-responsive transportation service, And we work directly on these tasks to ensure agility and focus on both customers and service enhancement.
Our goal is to create a service that embodies the abstract concept of MaaS, enabling everyone to move freely in their daily lives.
- Shucle( https://www.shucle.com) was introduced in 2020 as South Korea's first urban demand-responsive transportation service utilizing AI technology. Since then, it has become the number one community mobility service platform with the largest user base and operational records.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will perform business development tasks to expand the Shacle mobility service platform.
■ Business Development
- Sensing domestic mobility-related national project solicitations and proposing business initiatives
- Writing proposal documents for national and local government project solicitations
- Developing and managing projects targeting local governments in various regions
■ Business Partnership
- Participating in domestic and international national projects through business partnerships
- Building cooperative relationships with business partners, deriving R&R, concluding and managing partnership agreements
- Developing and executing various pilot projects
■ Project Management
- Calculating and executing project budgets for solicitation projects
- Managing project schedules
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in mobility service business development
- Experience in B2G business planning, development, and project management
- Experience in writing proposals and RFPs for public institutions and government-funded programs
- Experience in establishing and managing domestic and international partnerships
- Proficiency in MS Office
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher in Transportation Engineering, Transportation Planning, Transportation Policy, or Urban Planning
- Minimum 5 years of experience at a private mobility platform company
- Proficiency in business English (both written and oral communication)
- Experience in public transportation route restructuring, traffic impact assessment, transit demand surveys, or metropolitan transportation improvement studies
- Minimum 5 years of experience in mobility service operations and development
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a project management (PM) role
- AI productivity tools such as Claude Code, Codex, etc.
