Misogi is partnering with a leading water & infrastructure developer to hire a Bid Analyst supporting project development across the MENA region — from bid preparation through to Financial Close.
📍 Location: Dubai, UAE

🎯 What You'll Own
Supporting the BD Manager across the full transaction lifecycle — structuring and negotiating WSA/WPA, EPC, O&M, SHA and project finance documentation; running sensitivities and scenarios on financial models; evaluating greenfield, brownfield, acquisition and JV opportunities; and building relationships with government authorities, offtakers, lenders and partners across the GCC.
✅ Right fit if you have:
🔹 2+ years in BD, project development, or transaction advisory in infrastructure / water
🔹 Mandatory: PPP/concession experience with direct involvement in at least one project taken to Financial Close
🔹 Water sector exposure (desalination, IWTP, IWP, STP) strongly preferred; energy PPP with transferable skills also considered
🔹 Hands-on financial modelling, bid preparation and project finance (limited/non-recourse) documentation experience
🔹 Familiarity with PPP procurement frameworks and regulatory environments across MENA / GCC
🔹 Bachelor's in Engineering, Business or Finance; MBA / MSc Finance / technical Master's an advantage; *Arabic speaking candidates are strongly preferred
