Role Description The Billing Specialist role at LEOMOS Management, Inc. is a remote contract position focused on ensuring accurate and timely client billing. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and issuing invoices, reviewing contracts and service records for correct billing, and reconciling billing discrepancies. The Billing Specialist will track payments, follow up on outstanding balances, and maintain organized billing and accounting records. This role collaborates closely with internal teams to verify service details, responds to client billing inquiries with clear communication, and supports the improvement of billing processes and documentation.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of the billing process and client billing, with experience generating and managing invoices.
- Foundational accounting skills, including reconciliation, record-keeping, and working with financial data.

- Proficiency with billing or accounting software and common office productivity tools.

- Relevant education or training in finance, accounting, or business administration preferred.
