We are seeking a BIM Manager to join our team. We are looking for a talented, motivated, and experienced professional with a strong track record in delivering complex airport, aviation, and mega infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the project's BIM Execution Plan (BEP)
- Establish BIM standards, workflows, protocols, and quality control procedures
- Manage multidisciplinary BIM coordination across Architectural, Structural, MEP, Civil, and Infrastructure disciplines
- Lead BIM coordination meetings and resolve design clashes using Navisworks or similar coordination platforms
- Oversee BIM model development from design through construction and handover
- Ensure compliance with client BIM requirements and international standards
- Manage Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms such as Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM 360, or similar
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure model accuracy and timely deliverables
- Monitor BIM model quality, LOD compliance, data integrity, and model federation
- Support construction teams with 4D sequencing, 5D cost integration, digital construction planning, and project reporting
- Mentor BIM Coordinators and BIM Modelers while promoting BIM best practices
- Prepare BIM progress reports and present project status to senior management
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related discipline
- BIM Professional Certification is highly desirable
- Minimum 10–15 years of construction experience
- Minimum 5 years in a BIM Management role on large-scale project
- Airport, infrastructure, mega-project, or transportation project experience is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of ISO 19650 BIM standard
