Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Branch Relationship Officer for the SMM Region to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. The role responsibilities include:
- Planning and execution of sales strategies to ensure that sales targets are consistently achieved.
- Assistance to Branch personnel in marketing for prospective clients, in endorsing accounts and in conducting client calls/follow-ups as needed.
- Conduct of field-based activities to retain customers by anticipating their needs and resolving issues and complaints in a manner that is satisfying, straightforward and fast.
Qualifications
- With a bachelor's degree, preferably business-related.
- With at least 2 years of experience in branch sales.
- Candidate must be amenable to travel and conduct field-based activities within the region assigned.
