This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service.
About the Position: The Budget Analyst, GS-0560-12 is located in Vaihingen, Stuttgart region on Patch Barracks performing various budget functions involving the formulation, justification, and execution of budgets for organizations, programs, or projects.

Specialized
Experience:
- One year of specialized experience which includes evaluating continual changes in programs funding to recommend budgetary action;
- Analyzing budget estimates for project funding;
- Providing financial advisory recommendations in accordance with budget policies and regulations.
This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11).
