Job Description: Building Materials Sales Manager — Uzbekistan

I. Job Responsibilities

  1. Responsible for sales development of building materials in the Uzbekistan market, with a focus on waterproofing membranes, tile adhesive, gypsum products, piping products, and related materials, to achieve sales targets.
  2. Develop and maintain engineering project clients, including developers, general contractors, contractors, engineering companies, design institutes, and government-related project resources.
  3. Follow up on key engineering projects, including project information collection, client visits, product promotion, technical communication, commercial quotation, contract negotiation, and payment collection.
  4. Develop local distributors, agents, building materials traders, and project-based distribution channels to establish a stable sales network and customer resource pool.
  5. Collect information on the local building materials market, competitor pricing, project opportunities, and customer needs, and regularly provide market analysis and sales recommendations.
  6. Coordinate internal resources, including technical support, supply chain, finance, and after-sales service, to ensure customer service, product delivery, and successful project implementation.
  7. Complete other tasks assigned by the company and direct supervisors related to market development, customer maintenance, and sales management.

II. Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Marketing, Building Materials, Civil Engineering, International Trade, or related fields are preferred.
  2. At least 3 years of sales experience in the building materials industry; sales experience in Uzbekistan or the Central Asian market is preferred.
  3. Familiar with one or more building material products such as waterproofing membranes, tile adhesive, gypsum products, and piping products, with experience in project-based sales.
  4. Familiar with the engineering project sales process and able to independently handle customer development, project follow-up, business negotiation, contract signing, and payment collection.
  5. Candidates with local resources among developers, general contractors, contractors, engineering companies, design institutes, distributors, or building materials markets are preferred.
  6. Strong capabilities in market development, customer communication, business negotiation, and target achievement, with a strong result-oriented mindset.
  7. Able to work overseas long term and conduct frequent client visits; Chinese can be used as a working language, and proficiency in Uzbek, or English is preferred.
