Duration: 254 Business Days (with possible extension)
Client: Public Sector
Pay Rate: $80/hr – $85/hr (CAD)
Mandatory Skills:
- 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst leading end-to-end business analysis activities including requirements gathering, documentation, and solution design.
- Develop use cases, process maps, system diagrams, and business models to support project delivery.
- Facilitate workshops, JAD sessions, and stakeholder meetings to drive consensus and clarity.
- Prepare business cases, feasibility studies, and cost-benefit analyses to support decision-making.
- Work across SDLC phases, ensuring alignment with project methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
- Collaborate with stakeholders and SMEs to understand business needs and translate them into clear technical requirements.
- Drive process improvements and business transformation initiatives through re-engineering approaches
- Create high-quality documentation including reports, presentations, and briefing notes
- Monitor project progress, manage risks/issues, and ensure timely delivery of BA artifacts
- Engage with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient technology solutions
- Experience working in public sector environment is highly preferred.
