Major State Government organization is looking for an experienced Business Analyst
Hybrid working model | 6 months + possible extensions | $675 + super/day | Melbourne CBD
Your new Organization
You will be part of a well established state government organization that is responsible for delivering Victoria’s major infrastructure projects across transport, health, and community safety sectors.
Key Skills & Experience
- Proven experience delivering business analysis within complex projects, including data migration and business change initiatives, ideally within Microsoft (M365) and Records Management environments.
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interpret and apply direction from project leadership and effectively engage with a diverse range of technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience facilitating and contributing to business and technical workshops and producing high-quality documentation of processes, workflows and data requirements.
- Proven capability to analyse current state and future state processes, systems and user impacts and translate insights.
- Proven experience supporting and executing testing activities across the delivery lifecycle
- Demonstrated ability to support the project team in stakeholder engagement activities
- Prior experience working within a government or public sector environment is desirable.
