What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Analyze and document business processes and metrics, identifying improvement opportunities
- Develop recommendations to solve problems related to business operations
- Deliver working product increments to clients on time and within budget
- Collaborate with product management and stakeholders to define and prioritize the product backlog
- Perform research and analysis to support business operations and present findings to management
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, computer science, or information systems, or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- General understanding of federal and state government programs like SNAP, TANF, Medicaid, and WIC
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Knowledge of policies and state and federal regulations for public assistance programs
- Familiarity with programming languages and data analysis platforms such as Microsoft Power BI or Tableau
