Job Title: Business Analyst IV
Location: Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid)
Duration: 12+ Months Contract
Pay range: $40 to $45 per hour (DOE)
Job Description:
- Mentor and lead business analysts, providing guidance and oversight on assigned projects
- Gather user requirements and translate them into epics and user stories
- Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and high-level customers
- Collaborate with management and system users to analyze and evaluate business or judicial processes
- Analyze the impact of system changes and define functional requirements
- Provide recommendations to development teams to align solutions with business needs
- Conduct independent business process analysis and needs assessments, recommending system or process improvements
- Troubleshoot issues by coordinating with cross-functional teams and recommending solutions
- Evaluate feasibility and define requirements for new systems or enhancements
- Manage change requests and maintain project backlogs to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget
- Work closely with development and system teams to design, test, and implement solutions
- Prepare and present reports for management and stakeholders
- Maintain and publish tracking of projects, issues, and assigned tasks
- Create project documentation including diagrams, flowcharts, and wireframes
- Support and deliver end-user training by translating technical concepts into user-friendly terms
- Provide technical assistance and support to system users as needed
Key Skills / Qualifications:
- Strong SQL expertise
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Proven experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Experience with process improvement and system enhancement initiatives
