QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE
Required: 3-5 Years of experience and successful track record in a hunter/business development sales role in manufacturing, defense; government, mining, and OEM sectors.
Required: Degree in any Engineering Discipline.
Required: High standards of business communication (verbally and in writing).
Required: Demonstrated ability to acquire Vertical Market knowledge about prospective customers and the Ci solutions that would suit them.
Required: Ability to master the Ci 5 Pillars of sales success:
1.Domain – Industry, Vertical Market and Ci Solution Knowledge.
2.Prospecting.
3.Cold Calling.
4.Face-to-face meetings with prospects.
5.Pipeline – qualification, development, closing business, management reporting.
Desirable: Exposure to 3D design tools and selling the same into the engineering space.
