We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Developer to identify growth opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and support business expansion initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and potential clients.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and commercial offers.
- Support contract negotiations and partnership agreements.
- Monitor market trends and provide strategic recommendations to management.
- Track business development activities and prepare periodic performance reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Partnerships, or a related role.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in market analysis and opportunity assessment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in consulting, government projects, or strategic partnerships.
- Knowledge of business strategy and commercial operations.
