Title: Business Development Assistant, Korea/1 year contract(performance may lead to full-time employment)

Key Responsibilities
- Support client meetings by tracking progress, identifying key needs, and coordinating follow-up actions with VentureBlick global team
- Assist in designing and conducting surveys with healthcare professionals (clinicians and industry experts) to gather clinical and market insights
- Conduct market research (desktop research) to generate actionable insights for consulting projects and business development strategies
- Support planning and execution of cross-border incubation and acceleration programs across Korea, Singapore, India, and China
- Assist in organizing and executing events such as Investor Day and Unboxing Day to showcase startup innovations
- Support startup and advisor sourcing through social media channels and offline events to drive participation in the VentureBlick Discovery platform
- Assist in preparing and refining business development materials including proposals, pitch decks, and company profiles
- Provide administrative and operational support for government-funded projects, including budget management and fund reconciliation
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (Life Sciences or Healthcare-related fields preferred but not a must)
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent analytical thinking and clear, structured reporting abilities
- Conversational level English proficiency
- Native Korean proficiency a must
- Experience with research fund management systems (e.g., RCMS, IRIS, PMS, Ezbaro) and budget reconciliation preferred
- Experience in accelerators, startups, SMEs, or government-related organizations preferred
- Understanding of the healthcare industry or startup ecosystem
- Experience in cross-border or global projects
- 2-5 years of working experience a must
