About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Associate to support NeoSec’s growth by identifying new business opportunities, engaging potential clients, and helping build strong relationships with organizations that need advanced cybersecurity and AI solutions.
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who is interested in sales, cybersecurity, AI, and business growth.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients across Oman and the GCC.
- Reach out to prospects through LinkedIn, email, calls, and networking.
- Support lead generation and qualification activities.
- Assist in scheduling demos, meetings, and discovery calls.
- Maintain and update CRM records and sales pipelines.
- Help prepare proposals, presentations, and follow-up materials.
- Work closely with the leadership and technical teams to understand NeoSec’s solutions.
- Track market trends, competitors, and customer needs in cybersecurity and AI.
- Represent NeoSec professionally in meetings, events, and online outreach.
Requirements
- 0–5 years of experience in business development, sales, customer success, marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Interest in cybersecurity, AI, SaaS, or technology.
- Confident speaking with new people and building relationships.
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable following up with prospects.
- Basic understanding of LinkedIn outreach, email communication, and sales pipelines.
- Willingness to learn technical concepts and explain them in a simple business-focused way.
Nice to Have
- Experience selling or promoting B2B technology solutions.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity, threat intelligence, SOC, MDR, penetration testing, or AI solutions.
- Existing network in government, banking, energy, telecom, or enterprise sectors in Oman/GCC.
- Experience using CRM tools.
