We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to join our fast-growing social media marketing agency based in the U.A.E. This role is focused on identifying, engaging, and converting new business opportunities primarily in Abu Dhabi and Dubai (but not limited to), with an emphasis on brands looking for social media management, content production, and digital strategy.
You will serve as the first point of contact for potential clients, playing a critical role in growing our client portfolio, expanding market presence, and boosting revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Outreach
- Research and identify potential B2B and B2C clients in target sectors (e.g. real estate, hospitality, government, retail, weddings…etc.)
- Use a mix of cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, networking events, and referrals to generate new business leads.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects in Abu Dhabi and Dubai (not limited to).
Sales Pitch & Proposals
- Understand client needs and develop tailored social media marketing and content solutions.
- Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals.
- Coordinate with the creative and strategy teams to ensure pitches are aligned with agency capabilities.
Client Relationship Management
- Attend client meetings (can be in person or online).
- Track feedback and relay it to internal teams for service improvement.
- Track all meetings and outreach on CRM system provided.
Sales Reporting
- Meet monthly and quarterly KPIs.
- Provide accurate forecasting, pipeline updates, and activity reports to senior management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales or business development, ideally in marketing, media, or advertising.
- Strong understanding of social media marketing and digital trends in the UAE.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Arabic language proficiency is mandatory.
- U.A.E. driving license.
Salary (AED):
- AED 4,000
- Commission: Varies per size of contract obtained.
Expected Range:
- Low performer: AED 6,000 – 8,000/month
- Average performer: AED 15,000 – 18,000/month
- Top performer: AED 25,000+
