🔑 Key Responsibilities

  • Pipeline Generation: Identify, prospect, and qualify new high-value business opportunities through diverse strategic channels.

  • Consultative Selling: Engage C-level executives and key stakeholders, delivering compelling presentations and tailored ICT proposals.

  • Strategic Collaboration: Partner with our internal technical and engineering teams to design robust solutions that solve client pain points.

  • Account Management: Oversee the sales lifecycle, manage high-level accounts, and secure long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.

  • Performance Tracking: Maintain accurate sales metrics and report on activities to support strategic decision-making.

🎯 Requirements & Qualifications

  • Proven Track Record: Solid experience in Lead Generation and New Business Development within the technology services, ERP, consulting, or ICT industries.

  • Closing Capability: A proven history of meeting or exceeding high-ticket sales targets.

  • Communication Master: Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, value-driven business benefits for diverse audiences.

  • Remote Autonomy: Exceptional time management and organizational skills to thrive independently in a 100% remote setup.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).

💼 Compensation & High-Reward Commission Structure

We design our compensation to heavily reward top performers. This position offers a steady baseline with an aggressive, uncapped commission model built for high-ticket B2B closers.

  • Base Monthly Salary: $500.00 USD
  • Estimated Monthly Commissions: ~$10,000.00 USD (Based on target achievement)
  • Quarterly Milestone Bonus: $1,500.00 USD
  • Yearly Achievement Bonus: $3,500.00 USD
  • Total Estimated On-Target Earnings (OTE): $143,000.00 USD / Year

Sales Targets:

  • Monthly: $100,000.00 USD
  • Quarterly: $300,000.00 USD
  • Yearly: $1,000,000.00 USD
