Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive, located in Lagos. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing strategic plans, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the role involves collaboration with internal teams to align strategies with the company’s objectives, preparing proposals, and representing the company in client meetings and industry events.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for building client relationships.
- Proficiency in market research and ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
- Analytical skills to develop strategic business plans and achieve sales objectives.
- Experience in the oil and gas, engineering, or facility management sectors is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively within teams and manage client expectations effectively.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools to manage sales and reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record in a similar business development or sales role is highly desirable.
- Adaptability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
