Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a highly experienced Business Development Manager to lead growth strategies, drive market expansion, and strengthen the company's position through strategic partnerships and new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute business development strategies aligned with company goals.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop and enhance products and services to meet market needs.
- Monitor and evaluate government tenders and projects.
- Prepare and review technical and financial proposals.
- Build and manage strategic relationships with key partners and clients.
- Represent the company at conferences and industry events within the Kingdom.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure alignment in business development efforts.
- Monitor overall performance and provide periodic reports to senior management.
- Providing Support and assistance to the pre-sales team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development.
- Strong knowledge of government tenders and bidding processes.
- Proven experience in market analysis and identifying growth opportunities.
- Advanced negotiation and deal-closing skills.
- Ability to build and manage strategic partnerships.
