Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive business growth, build strategic relationships, and generate new opportunities across the public and private sectors. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in government procurement platforms, particularly Etimad and Enfath, and a strong track record in B2B sales and client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to expand the firm’s client portfolio.
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new B2B opportunities.
  • Build relationships with companies, family businesses, and government-related entities.
  • Manage opportunities through Etimad and Enfath platforms.
  • Monitor tenders, projects, and procurement opportunities relevant to the firm’s services.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial offers.
  • Conduct meetings, negotiations, and deal-closing activities.
  • Utilize AI tools to improve business development, market research, lead generation, and workflow efficiency.
  • Collaborate with legal and operations teams to ensure successful client onboarding and delivery.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of proven business development experience.
  • Demonstrated success in B2B sales and client acquisition.
  • Previous hands-on experience with Etimad and Enfath platforms is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of government procurement and business development processes in Saudi Arabia.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written).
  • Proficient in the use of AI .
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of independently generating business opportunities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience within a law firm, professional services firm, consulting firm, or corporate environment.
  • Existing professional network within the Saudi market.
  • Ability to develop strategic partnerships and long-term client relationships.
