Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in the Business Setup / Corporate Services industry.
The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and promoting company formation and corporate services in the UAE. The ideal candidate should have proven sales experience and a strong network in the business setup sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for company formation and corporate services.
- Promote and sell business setup services including Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore company formation.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and consultations to explain business setup procedures in the UAE.
- Maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Follow up with leads, proposals, and quotations to convert them into successful deals.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth processing of client applications.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets set by management.
- Attend networking events, exhibitions, and meetings to generate new leads.
- Provide regular reports to management regarding sales performance and market trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Business Setup or Corporate Services company in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of UAE company formation procedures, licensing, and government processes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong sales, presentation, and client management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
