We're looking for a driven and well-connected business development professional to join our client's team in a senior role focused on the UAE domestic defense market.

🕐 Experience: 5+ years in business development within defense, aerospace, or government-facing sectors
About the Role
You'll be at the heart of identifying and winning strategic opportunities across key defense domains – Platforms & Systems, Missiles & Weapons, and Space & Cyber. From building a pipeline to leading bid strategy, you'll work alongside technical and commercial teams to deliver competitive, high-quality proposals.
What You'll Do
▸ Identify and pursue high-value opportunities aligned with our growth targets
▸ Build and manage a strong pipeline from first contact to contract award
▸ Lead and support the full bid lifecycle – strategy, pricing, win themes, and submissions
▸ Develop and maintain trusted relationships with key UAE government and defense stakeholders
▸ Convert market intelligence into an actionable opportunity strategy
What We're Looking For
▸ 5+ years of BD experience in defense, aerospace, security, or adjacent sectors
▸ Proven track record engaging UAE defense or procurement entities at a senior level
▸ Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and stakeholder management ability
▸ Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder bids and procurement processes
