Job Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Manager with an engineering background and proven experience working with Thai government sector projects. This role focuses on identifying opportunities, pitching projects, and managing government bidding and tender documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within Thai government and state enterprise sectors
- Lead project pitching, proposal presentations, and client meetings
- Manage end‑to‑end bidding/tender processes (RFP, TOR, technical and commercial proposals)
- Prepare and coordinate all required bid documents in compliance with government regulations
- Work closely with engineering, finance, and legal teams to develop competitive proposals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government stakeholders and partners
- Track bid pipeline, opportunities, and report to management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Information Technology or related fields)
- 5+ years experience in business development, sales, or project acquisition
- Strong experience with Thai government projects and bidding processes
- Hands‑on experience preparing bidding and proposal documents
- Good understanding of engineering solutions and project‑based businesses
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
- English: Good working proficiency
