Musemind is a design-focused technology services partner serving enterprise clients across MENA and global markets. We are expanding our presence in Qatar and looking for a Business Development Manager to lead our commercial growth in the Qatar market. This person will represent Musemind locally, build senior relationships, and open high-value opportunities across enterprise and government sectors. The role is built for someone who can sell trust, vision, and serious design-development capability, not just services.
What This Role Is About
You will be the face of Musemind in Qatar.
You will be responsible for driving high-value design and development deals with private enterprises and government entities, owning the full sales cycle, and working directly with the founders to shape Musemind’s market strategy in Qatar.
This is not a support sales role. This is a country-facing commercial role with real ownership, real pressure, and real upside.
You will be expected to open doors, build relationships, create opportunities, and convert those opportunities into revenue.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Report to management on a weekly basis
• Work closely with management to set up the sales strategy, sales SOP, and operating process for the Qatar market
• Develop and deliver the business plan and sales plan in line with the agreed sales strategy
• Own the full sales cycle from first conversation to proposal, negotiation, and closing
• Drive high-value design and development deals with enterprises, private sector companies, and government entities
• Attend customer meetings to understand requirements and identify business opportunities
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals in coordination with internal teams
• Coordinate with design, development, delivery, and leadership teams to close deals smoothly
• Ensure best-in-class customer experience across relationship management, proposal quality, delivery handover, and future account growth
• Support team members in preparing proposals, managing customer conversations, and closing deals where needed
• Stay accountable for individual revenue targets and deal closure
• Ensure timely and accurate responses to customers as per company SOP
• Maintain CRM discipline, pipeline visibility, follow-up records, and deal-stage accuracy
• Share market intelligence with leadership, including client priorities, competitor activity, pricing signals, and emerging opportunities in Qatar
What We’re Looking For
• Extreme focus on results and deal closure
• Proven ability to sell vision, not just services
• Strong network, or the ability to build one quickly, in the Qatar market
• Strong understanding of enterprise and government sales cycles
• Ability to build trust with founders, C-level leaders, procurement teams, and business decision-makers
• Fluency and speed in English communication
• Arabic communication is a strong plus
• Strong preference for candidates with deep Qatar market exposure, local relationships, or Qatari National background
• Someone who thrives under revenue pressure, large targets, and high expectations
• Ambition to at least double your income year over year through performance
Minimum Criteria
• 6–7 years of experience in B2B sales or business development
• Experience closing $2M–$3M in annual sales
• Strong experience in enterprise sales, government sales, or high-value professional services sales
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems
• Proven ability to manage long sales cycles and complex stakeholder environments
• Experience selling technology, design, development, consulting, digital transformation, or enterprise service solutions is preferred
