Job Descriptio

nKey Responsibilitie

s- Identify existing customers who are successfully using AMIS Lite to proactively upsell and cross-sell additional product

s- Receive and follow up on customer leads from Marketing, Pre-sales, and other internal departments for upselling and cross-selling opportunitie

s- Conduct product demonstrations and consult on solutions, pricing, implementation approaches, support services, and other relevant information to ensure product suitability for customer

s- Close sales contracts and assist customers with payment procedures and product onboardin

g- Monitor the implementation process to ensure successful product adoption and customer satisfactio

nTarget Customers: Business Owners, Directors, and Department Heads in medium-sized enterprise
