As part of our growth strategy, we are looking for a Business Development Specialist to support the expansion of our client portfolio and identify new business opportunities in the Saudi market.

Job Summary

The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and supporting the company's growth through strategic market development and partnership building.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in both government and private sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and project opportunities within Saudi Arabia.
  • Prepare and submit commercial proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
  • Coordinate internally with technical and procurement teams to ensure competitive project submissions.
  • Represent the company in meetings, networking events, and industry engagements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or commercial roles.
  • Experience in contracting, construction, engineering services, or industrial supply is preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Good understanding of tendering processes and project-based sales in Saudi Arabia.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve business growth targets.
