A leading edible oil refiner and oilseed crusher with a strong regional footprint is seeking an experienced Business Head for one of its prominent locations in Africa to lead its edible oils and oil derivatives business across in a key African market
This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving growth, profitability, market expansion, operational excellence, and commercial strategy for a business with an annual topline of approximately USD 300 million.
Key Responsibilities:
The Business Head will be responsible for overall leadership of the business, including:
– Driving the business strategy for edible oils, oilseed crushing, refined oils, specialty fats, and related oil derivative products.-Managing full P&L responsibility across sales, procurement, manufacturing coordination, logistics and market development.
Expanding market share across B2B, B2C, industrial, food service, and distributor channels.
Building and strengthening relationships with key customers, distributors, government bodies, suppliers, and strategic partners.
Overseeing commodity procurement, price risk management, supply chain planning, and working capital efficiency.
Requirement: MBA/Education from Top Tier college
Handsome exp in Edible oil/Soft oil
Ready to relocate in Zimbabwe-Africa
Exp Required- 10-13years
