About the Role

This individual will evaluate business performance, identify opportunities for growth, and recommend operational and strategic improvements to help optimize the agency's effectiveness and long-term success.
Key Responsibilities

- Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and support business growth.
- Evaluate current service offerings and provide recommendations for optimization and expansion.
- Assess market positioning and identify opportunities to strengthen the agency's competitive advantage.
- Develop strategic recommendations based on business data, operational insights, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with leadership to prioritize initiatives and implement process improvements.
Qualifications
- Experience in business operations, management consulting, business strategy, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Experience evaluating business processes and identifying operational improvements.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote consulting environment.
- Experience working with creative agencies, professional services firms, or mission-driven organizations is preferred.
