Role Description The Business Partner role is a full-time, on-site position based in SangJani Islamabad. The Business Partner will work closely with senior leaders and functional teams to align business strategy with operational execution, supporting growth, efficiency, and digital transformation objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing business performance, providing data-driven insights to inform decision-making. The role will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support strategic initiatives, optimize processes, and monitor key performance indicators. The Business Partner will also contribute to business planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk mitigation while ensuring strong internal communication and stakeholder engagement.
Qualifications
- Strong business analysis and strategic planning skills, including experience with performance measurement, KPIs, and financial or operational reporting.
- Experience in stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare executive-level presentations, business cases, and concise documentation.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
- Knowledge of telecom, digital services, or technology industries is highly desirable; prior experience in Pakistan’s telecom sector is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Management, or a related field; a master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and a continuous improvement approach to processes and ways of working.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and a collaborative working style aligned with a customer-centric and innovation-driven culture.
